Carly & Andrews’s unique inter-faith wedding brought together their Jewish and Christian heritage. From the beginning of their relationship, understanding each other’s different faiths brought strength and stability to their love. They were committed to intertwine their religions and celebrate family and faith coming together. The couple stood under a handmade chuppah, were wrapped in Andrew’s family’s Talit and honored Carlys’s tradition through scripture readings. To them, faith means community and connection. This unique ceremony was the epitome of that belief in action.

Carley & Andrew are super family oriented and their family was woven into all the details! The couple decided on a floral-themed wedding in honor of Andrew’s Grandmother, Mooma, who helped them choose the venue and wanted to support their floral budget. She sadly passed before the wedding leaving each flower as a representation of her memory. Carly’s mom hand-painted their floral invitation design, putting the watercolor flowers in the hands of every guest. Other details include the hand-made chubbah with ribbons containing written wishes from family and friends, and the cake topper of their Bernedoodle Winne.

The groom planned surprise fireworks for his bride and she literally jumped up and down in joy and surprise as they went off. We were all moved to tears.

“I have never been able to keep a secret from Carley. She had always wanted fireworks at our wedding, mentioning it several times before we were engaged. But every time the subject came up, I would remind her that I had to prioritize my student loans. Little did she know that the day we signed our venue contract, I signed the fireworks contract.
I coordinated completely separate vendor meetings to finalize the firework details. I even coordinated our video and photo teams to say goodbye to us at 9:00PM and hide in another room 'til 10. Carley had no idea that I had asked The Dream Team to stay an extra hour to capture the surprise!
It worked! At 9:59PM, our band said goodnight to our guests, passed the microphone to me and I made the following statement: “Thank you all so much again for coming to celebrate our love! Before we move downstairs for the after-party, I’d love for all of you to join Carley and I on the lawn for the first, and only, secret I’ll ever keep from my wife.” With that, my best man gave the fireworks team the cue, and the video shows the rest!" - The Groom
